Terms of Service

EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 27, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Roa Chrome extension and the website roa.retic.me (together, the "Service") provided by ReTicLab ("we", "us"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service. The free version may be used with up to two spaces and two profiles. Roa Pro removes these limits and is associated with the Google account used to purchase it.

2. Purchases

Roa Pro is a one-time purchase. Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout, and payments are processed by Stripe. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

3. Refunds

If you contact us by email within 14 days of purchase, we will issue a full refund regardless of the reason. Roa Pro will be deactivated once the refund has been processed.

4. Beta features

Separate sign-ins are provided as a beta feature. On some websites, this feature may sign you out or fail to keep accounts separate. Please use it with this in mind and back up any important data.

5. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws or the terms of other services, attack or place excessive load on our servers, or resell or redistribute the Service or its license.

6. Changes and discontinuation

We may modify the Service to improve it. If we decide to discontinue the Service, we will provide notice a reasonable period in advance.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is". Because the Service operates on top of Google Chrome and third-party websites, we do not warrant that it will work with every website or every version of Chrome.

8. Limitation of liability

Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, our total liability for any damages arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for Roa Pro.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms. The revised Terms will be posted on this page, and material changes will also be announced within Roa or on this website.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The district court having jurisdiction over our location shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any disputes arising from these Terms.
