RoaPrivacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how ReTicLab ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the Roa Chrome extension and the website roa.retic.me (together, the "Service").
1. Information stored on your device
Your spaces, tabs, pinned tabs, favorites, folders, settings, archived tabs, site customizations and Library are stored in Google Chrome on your device. We do not receive this information. The pages you visit, the content you enter on them and your browsing history are not sent to us.
When you enable separate sign-ins, the sign-in information for each profile is encrypted, protected by your passkey and stored on your device. Access tokens you register to connect a service to live folders are protected in the same way. This information never leaves your device and is not included in backups you export.
Page translation uses the translation feature built into Chrome and is processed on your device.
2. Information sent outside your device

3. What we do not do
We do not:
- collect your browsing history or the content of the pages you visit;
- include analytics, advertising or tracking code in the extension; or
- sell or rent your information, or use it for advertising.
4. Chrome Web Store User Data Policy
The use of information received by Roa adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. This website
roa.retic.me is delivered through Firebase Hosting and Cloudflare. These providers may record standard access logs, such as IP addresses and browser types, in order to deliver the site. The site itself does not use cookies or analytics. Should we introduce any measurement tools in the future, we will update this policy beforehand.
6. Retention and deletion
License records are retained for as long as we provide Roa Pro and for any period required for accounting or legal purposes. To request deletion of your account information, please contact us by email. Information stored on your device is deleted when you uninstall Roa.
7. Disclosure to third parties
We do not provide your information to any third party other than the service providers listed above, except as required by law.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will also be announced within Roa or on this website.
